Service Analyst - EUC Enablement
Job Summary
To enhance employee productivity and engagement, the remote Service Analyst - EUC Enablement will develop and execute technology adoption strategies, apply change management frameworks, and partner with stakeholders to ensure successful technology rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market and adoption strategies for End User Computing products and services
- Apply change management frameworks to support organizational readiness and user adoption
- Gather and analyze end-user feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting technology adoption, organizational change management, or end-user enablement initiatives
- Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci
- Experience developing standard operating procedures, playbooks, or knowledge management content
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using reporting tools
