Service Contract Analyst
Job Summary
To support the growth of service contract offerings for medical device customers, the full-time Service Contract Analyst will manage contract renewals, warranty expirations, and revenue generation while working remotely in the EST timezone.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the accountability process for contract renewals and warranty expirations
- Conduct financial analysis and assist with the pricing strategy for service contract proposals
- Develop data-backed strategies to enhance contract penetration and renewal rates
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in service contracts or commercial operations
- Proven experience managing contract renewal and warranty-expiration processes
- Advanced knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- Strong financial analysis skills, including cost modeling and ROI analysis
