Service Contract Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Service Contract Associate will investigate and evaluate low complexity mechanical breakdown claims while providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from dealerships, service shops, and inspectors regarding mechanical breakdown claims
• Determine applicable contractual coverage and negotiate repair or replacement solutions
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure timely resolutions and adherence to customer service protocols

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2+ years of experience in the automotive repair area, or a Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year of experience, or completion of a Zurich approved Apprenticeship program with an Associate Degree and 1+ year of experience
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in auto industry areas such as service repair or service management is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
