Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Service Contracts Manager will qualify incoming services contract requests, create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), and mentor the SCORE team while ensuring quality assurance for service offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure quality deliverables related to pricing
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for services selling and remove obstacles to team progress
- Conduct thorough quality assurance on SOWs and participate in process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Paralegal, or Pre-Law
- 7-10 years of combined work experience, including 2-4 years in contracts or procurement
- 5 years of professional work experience directly related to the role
- 4-7 years of professional writing experience required
- Experience with CRM software and knowledge of Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and DocuSign
