Service Delivery Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting revenue cycle operations and analytics, the full-time remote Service Delivery Analyst will build and maintain reporting solutions, utilize SQL for data analysis, and translate operational insights into actionable reports for stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for Customer Operations and Service Delivery
- Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze revenue cycle data for trend identification
- Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reports for both technical and non-technical audiences
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or a related field
- Working knowledge of professional/physician billing revenue cycle operations
- Experience with Epic Clarity and/or Resolute Professional Billing data
- Strong SQL skills, including data validation and transformations
- Experience with relational databases and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI
