Job Summary
Leading managed Cloud and Infrastructure services, the full-time Service Delivery Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure service performance objectives are met, and drive automation initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of infrastructure and Cloud Services, ensuring SLA and KPI achievement
- Provide leadership during service-impacting incidents and drive operational accountability across technology teams
- Champion automation initiatives to improve service reliability and reduce manual processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management/Administration, or related discipline
- 5+ years of total experience in IT Infrastructure & Cloud operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Demonstrated experience with Windows, Linux, storage, backup, and public cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of ITIL and service-management practices
- Relevant technical, cloud, ITIL, automation, or service-management certifications are preferred
