Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Driving new service opportunities, the remote contract Service Delivery Manager will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee project implementations in the Snowflake environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management expertise for Snowflake implementations, ensuring adherence to delivery best practices and client satisfaction
• Manage operational relationships with clients, creating and tracking relationship roadmaps while overseeing key client projects
• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate project scoping, estimating work, and providing regular updates on ongoing projects

Required qualifications

• 8 years of experience in a Services Delivery role or similar capacity with complex technical implementation projects
• Proven track record of meeting professional services revenue targets across multiple accounts
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Cloud fields
• Strong ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups, including senior executives
• Experience in a client support or advisory technical role is a plus
