Service Delivery Manager - Security

Job Summary

Leading cybersecurity operations and governance initiatives, the full-time remote Service Delivery Manager - Security will manage AFC's cybersecurity strategy, oversee incident response, and ensure compliance with CMMC 2.0 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap, coordinating with internal teams and external providers
• Oversee security investigations, incident response, and threat monitoring while managing external cybersecurity provider performance
• Implement and improve the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System and support CMMC 2.0 readiness activities

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT governance, including leadership roles
• Experience with security investigations, incident response, and managing external security providers
• Working knowledge of CMMC 2.0, NIST SP 800-171, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) protection
• Practical experience with ISO 27001 Information Security Management System implementation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
