Job Summary
Utilizing route analysis software to optimize territory plans, the full-time Service Planning Specialist will create efficient daily and weekly route plans, perform data analysis, and maintain customer information in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops route plans using work order data and route analysis software
- Communicates route details to service personnel and summarizes plans with the Service Planning Supervisor
- Generates daily summary reports for management and performs additional assigned duties
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience in dispatch or customer service
- Advanced knowledge of routing and scheduling software systems
- Familiarity with the company's branch service department and territory structure
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
