Job Summary
Driving project management for global sales readiness programs, the full-time Service Quality Sr. Program Manager will develop plans, manage communications, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project management for global sales readiness programs, including planning, milestone completion, and risk mitigation
- Create and execute communication plans while managing the team's microsites and content
- Build and publish a dashboard to measure program success and track progress, identifying areas for improvement
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of project management experience
- 6+ years of experience in a sales closing role, sales readiness, learning and development, or management consulting
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP certification is preferred
- Experience with an LMS and SharePoint is preferred
