ServiceNow Administrator
Job Summary
Ensuring the reliable and secure operation of the ServiceNow platform, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Administrator will manage system performance, coordinate upgrades, and lead optimization efforts while working remotely from approved states.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform across all environments to ensure high availability and security
- Install, test, and deploy ServiceNow upgrades and configuration changes while following best practices
- Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshooting incidents and coordinating with infrastructure and security teams
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with scripting (JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting APIs)
- Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
