Job Summary
Seeking a remote SNOW Administrator, the position will manage, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities while supporting ITIL-based operations and ensuring compliance with federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components
- Develop and manage workflows, service catalogs, and CMDB configurations
- Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve incidents in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, and CMDB
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, roles, and reporting
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service management operations and platform security
