Job Summary
Seeking an experienced APDS ServiceNow Administrator with Clearance, the remote role will manage the integration between a custom-coded Account Provisioning/Deprovisioning System and the ServiceNow platform, focusing on interface monitoring, workflow configuration, and compliance with government requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the integration between the custom-coded APDS and the ServiceNow platform
- Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain reliable system operations
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows supporting account provisioning and deprovisioning processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Active Secret clearance required
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and administration
- Knowledge of government security, privacy, records-management, and authorization requirements
- Proficiency in Agile Software Development Methodology and Oracle Database
