ServiceNow Administrator with Clearance
Job Summary
To support the integration of a custom-coded Account Provisioning/Deprovisioning System with the ServiceNow platform, the remote APDS ServiceNow Administrator with Clearance will manage interface monitoring, workflow configuration, and incident resolution while ensuring compliance with government security and privacy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the integration between the APDS and the ServiceNow platform
- Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain reliable system operations
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows supporting account provisioning and deprovisioning processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and administration
- Knowledge of government security, privacy, records-management, and authorization requirements
- Proficiency in Agile Software Development Methodology and Java Functional Validation
- Experience with Oracle Database and data reconciliation processes
