Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SNOW Administrator with an active Secret clearance to remotely administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities while supporting ITIL-based operations and compliance with federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components
- Develop and manage workflows, service catalogs, and CMDB configurations
- Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve incidents in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow administration and configuration
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, and CMDB
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management operations
