ServiceNow Administrator with Security Clearance
Job Summary
To support the integration between a custom-coded Account Provisioning/Deprovisioning System and the ServiceNow platform, the remote APDS ServiceNow Administrator with Security Clearance will manage interface monitoring, workflow configuration, data reconciliation, and incident resolution while ensuring compliance with government security and privacy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the integration between the custom-coded APDS and the ServiceNow platform
- Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain reliable system operations
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows supporting account provisioning and deprovisioning processes
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and administration
- Knowledge of government security, privacy, records-management, and authorization requirements
- Proficiency in Agile Software Development Methodology and Oracle Database
