Job Summary
As a remote ServiceNow AICT Solution Architect, the full-time position will lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow AI Control Tower implementations, translating client AI governance needs into scalable designs while ensuring technical governance and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow AI Control Tower implementations based on client requirements
- Guide technical governance and architecture standards to align delivery with platform best practices
- Conduct solution and technical reviews to ensure the accuracy and stability of deliverables
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience architecting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- In-depth knowledge of AICT applications, plugins, and integrations
- Proven ability to lead solution design and make sound technical decisions
