ServiceNow Architect
Job Summary
To support ongoing IT service management initiatives, the remote contract Sr ServiceNow Architect will leverage hands-on experience with ITSM and Agile modules while utilizing front-end development skills to enhance platform architecture.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and manage core ITSM and Agile modules within the ServiceNow platform
- Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, and business rules to optimize functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to coding best practices and SDLC methodologies
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and IT service management principles
- Experience with platform architecture and coding best practices
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow development lifecycle
