ServiceNow Architect
Job Summary
To support enterprise-scale architecture initiatives, the remote contract ServiceNow Architect will manage multi-business-unit architecture, oversee ITSM/ITIL implementations, and drive service modeling strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement architecture documentation, data flows, and roadmaps for ServiceNow solutions
- Conduct architecture and code reviews while establishing development governance and upgrade strategies
- Integrate various ServiceNow modules and ensure performance, availability, and scalability across the platform
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow/ESM architecture
- 2+ years of experience in a Federal environment
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and various integration methods including REST/SOAP
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM strategy, and service modeling
- Prior ownership of multi-module architectures at N-2 currency
