ServiceNow Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Sr ServiceNow Architect will manage core ITSM and Agile modules while leveraging strong front-end development skills to enhance platform architecture.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of ITSM and Agile modules within the ServiceNow platform
- Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, and business rules to optimize platform functionality
- Ensure adherence to coding best practices and SDLC/Agile methodologies throughout project lifecycles
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with core ITSM and Agile modules in ServiceNow
- Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap
- Familiarity with platform architecture and coding best practices
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Mid-senior level experience in software development or architecture roles
