Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Architect/Delivery Director, this remote contract position will manage technical governance, drive platform innovation, and oversee quality control across the ServiceNow ecosystem while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and ITIL methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce technical governance frameworks and best practices across all ServiceNow instances
- Lead continuous platform innovation by evaluating existing workflows and staying updated on ServiceNow releases
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish quality control standards for both low-code and pro-code development
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex ServiceNow solutions, with 2-3 years in a technical leadership or architectural role
- Mastery of the Now Platform, JavaScript, and ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Strong architectural understanding across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems using Integration Hub and MID Servers
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Technical Architect
