ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership in designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions, the full-time remote ServiceNow Architect will focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), collaborating with teams to build secure applications that support audit management and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications for governance, risk management, and compliance
• Translate architecture designs and business requirements into scalable technical solutions while maintaining platform standards
• Develop and configure application security models and workflows to support audit and compliance processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience with ServiceNow solutions, particularly in GRC and IRM
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow application architecture and data structures
• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required at time of hire
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
