Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform across various enterprise modules
- Design and develop custom applications and secure integrations tailored to federal requirements
- Oversee end-to-end release management, ensuring high-quality deployments through testing and code reviews
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years in an architect or technical lead role
- Proven experience architecting solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and ITOM
- Expert-level scripting and development skills, including JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Strong knowledge of CMDB design and data modeling
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required
