ServiceNow Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the modernization of asset management solutions, the fully remote ServiceNow Business Analyst will manage stakeholder engagement, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and conduct system analysis for the implementation of the ServiceNow IT Asset Management module.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business needs for the ITAM implementation
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the solution
- Conduct business process analysis and facilitate workshops for comprehensive knowledge transfer
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, specifically with ServiceNow projects
- Proven experience in business process and system analysis, design, and implementation
- Experience with group facilitation and stakeholder interviews
- Familiarity with Agile and Traditional project delivery methodologies
