ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the modernization of the organization's asset management solution, the fully remote ServiceNow Business Analyst will lead the implementation of the ServiceNow IT Asset Management module, ensuring business needs are captured and translated into technical requirements while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the business analysis workstream for the implementation of ServiceNow IT Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management, acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
• Define and document end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for standardization in alignment with ServiceNow capabilities
• Analyze and document integration requirements between ITAM/HAM and other enterprise systems, defining data flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, specifically as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow projects with exposure to ITAM or related modules
• Advanced experience in business process and system analysis, design, and implementation
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in requirements management tools
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
