ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the reliability and efficiency of a Federal Agency's ServiceNow platform, the full-time ServiceNow Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering, automated and regression testing, and release readiness validation, working in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business needs and process flows for ServiceNow enhancements and operational improvements
• Own the platform test strategy and execute various testing scenarios, including functional, integration, and regression tests
• Facilitate requirements clarification among stakeholders and ensure traceability of acceptance criteria and defects throughout the release process

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of business analysis and software quality engineering or test automation experience
• Two or more years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience, including Automated Test Framework (ATF) and regression testing
• Experience designing risk-based test plans and validating platform configurations and integrations
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow release/change processes
• U.S. citizenship and ability to satisfy High Risk IT background-investigation requirements
