ServiceNow Business Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the remote ServiceNow Business Analyst will gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes and user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and create functional specifications for ServiceNow solutions
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop training materials for end-users
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or enterprise systems
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
