ServiceNow CAD Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote ServiceNow CAD Consultant, the individual will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, configure and customize applications, and provide technical guidance while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using best practices and ensure alignment with ServiceNow standards
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project planning, timelines, and risk management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and integrations
- One or more ServiceNow CIS-level certifications preferred
