ServiceNow CAD Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with Document Management (DMS) and CAD experience will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, configure and customize applications, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Serve as a hands-on technical owner, balancing delivery leadership with platform build work
- Provide technical guidance on platform design, data structures, and integration patterns while mentoring junior consultants
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integrations
- One or more ServiceNow CIS-level certifications preferred
