Job Summary
To support the administration and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, the full-time remote ServiceNow Certified Platform Specialist will manage system configuration, user management, and workflow automation while collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management and system configuration
- Manage platform upgrades and configuration changes to ensure stability and security
- Configure and develop ServiceNow modules and workflows using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of related professional experience, including 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
- Post-secondary certificate or diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, workflow automation, and integrations
