Job Summary
Responsible for the overall roadmap and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), the full-time remote ServiceNow CMDB Manager will manage the implementation and enhancements of CMDB integrations on the ServiceNow platform while ensuring alignment with corporate architecture standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and implement ITIL processes for CMDB services across various ServiceNow modules
- Design and develop extensions to the ServiceNow data model, ensuring data integrity and alignment with ITSM processes
- Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including design specifications and testing plans
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with CMDB, IRE, Discovery, and Reconciliation
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Completion of the ServiceNow CMDB Fundamental course
- Completion of the ServiceNow Configuration Compliance Essentials course
