ServiceNow Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote ServiceNow Consultant will design and implement features on the ServiceNow platform, collaborate in an Agile environment, and mentor junior developers while enhancing customer applications.
Key responsibilities
- Envision, design, and implement new features utilizing the ServiceNow low-code platform based on prioritized product backlog
- Manage data flows and build service requests, ensuring effective communication between customers and support teams
- Participate in Agile meetings and deliver presentations during Sprint demos to clients and intersecting teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 4-7+ years of professional experience with the ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on project implementations within an Agile framework
- Experience with ServiceNow components in Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified CSM Implementation Specialist
- Strong understanding of data concepts (SQL, Databases) and business workflows
