ServiceNow Database Developer

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time ServiceNow Database Developer will design, develop, and maintain data models and integrations within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring data integrity and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage ServiceNow table structures and database views
• Develop and maintain data import/export pipelines and integrations with external systems
• Implement data governance standards and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for database-layer changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a focus on data architecture and scripting
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database systems (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's CMDB structure and data model
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including version control and CI/CD
