ServiceNow Database Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the ServiceNow Database Developer will design, develop, and maintain data models and integrations within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring data integrity and performance in a DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage ServiceNow table structures, including custom tables and relationships
- Develop and maintain data import/export pipelines using Import Sets and Transform Maps
- Build and optimize complex queries using GlideRecord and GlideAggregate
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a focus on data architecture and GlideRecord scripting
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB structure and data models
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integration patterns
