Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical leadership, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will oversee day-to-day operations, enforce development standards, and mentor team members while managing the ServiceNow platform's architecture and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, task planning, and code reviews for a team of developers and technical analysts
- Architect end-to-end solutions aligned with ServiceNow core modules and enforce best practices to minimize technical debt
- Translate complex business requirements into technical user stories and collaborate with stakeholders to manage platform backlog items
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow solution design and administration, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
- Proven expertise in ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, and at least two additional core modules
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and ITIL v4 frameworks
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other relevant certifications preferred
