ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer, this full-time position will focus on the configuration, development, and support of the ServiceNow instance, working across ITSM and HRSD while driving platform enhancements and integrations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform components
- Design and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using various APIs
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring scalability and maintainability of solutions
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on experience developing and administering ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM and/or HRSD
- Strong JavaScript skills, including familiarity with ServiceNow scripting APIs
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Service Catalog development
- Proven ability to design and troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise integrations
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and their implementation in ServiceNow solutions
