ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Hands-on and delivery-focused, the full-time ServiceNow Developer will manage the day-to-day configuration, development, and support of the ServiceNow instance, working across ITSM and HRSD while building integrations and optimizing the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform components
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions remain scalable and maintainable
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing and administering ServiceNow, ideally across ITSM and/or HRSD
- Strong JavaScript skills, including experience with ServiceNow scripting APIs
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Service Catalog development
- Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise integrations
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and their translation into ServiceNow solutions
