ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer, this full-time position will involve day-to-day configuration, development, and support of the ServiceNow instance, focusing on ITSM and HRSD while working closely with IT and business stakeholders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform components
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM and/or HRSD
- Strong JavaScript skills, including familiarity with ServiceNow scripting APIs
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Service Catalog development
- Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting REST/SOAP integrations
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and their implementation in ServiceNow solutions
