Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote ServiceNow Developer, this position will manage the development, configuration, and support of applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational processes and service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow functionality to ensure operational reliability and long-term supportability
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to implement technical solutions and automate workflows
- Troubleshoot complex issues and support ongoing improvements of the ServiceNow platform and related services
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
- Experience with ServiceNow software development
- Proficiency in JavaScript and AJAX
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred
