Job Summary
Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer, the remote contract opportunity will focus on designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging expertise in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and custom applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and manage SSO configurations with external identity providers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimize platform solutions
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Service Portal development
- Experience with SSO integration and MID Server setup
- Proficient in REST APIs, JSON/XML handling, and Scripted REST APIs
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and Agile/Scrum methodologies
