ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
To support the U.S. Air Force's Executive Airlift Communications Network, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will develop and implement ServiceNow capabilities, collaborating with Government stakeholders and DevOps teams to create workflows, dashboards, and processes across IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Asset Management.
Key responsibilities
- Provide development and implementation support for the EACN ServiceNow environment
- Collaborate with the HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team to develop approved workflows and wireframes
- Build configurable dashboards and repeatable processes tailored to operational and business needs
Required qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance
- Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Ability to comply with Government-approved remote-access arrangements and security requirements
- Ability to meet applicable Government training and DoD workforce qualification requirements
