Job Summary
To support enterprise IT service management, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable platform improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions and custom applications
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support platform administration activities, including incident resolution and performance optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a senior developer or similar role
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting, automation, and integrations
