ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
To support ongoing IT initiatives, the remote contract ServiceNow Developer will manage ITSM processes, develop integrations, and optimize security and performance across the ServiceNow platform for a duration of 6+ months.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Utilize JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs to create Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
- Manage integrations, Flow Designer, and perform testing, upgrades, and data migration tasks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow/ESM platform
- 2+ years of experience in a Federal environment
- At least 3 years of experience with services of similar scope, size, and complexity
