ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
To support a growing managed services platform, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will design and maintain integrations, automate workflows, and manage data processes while collaborating with product, DevOps, and service delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain two-way integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using various APIs
- Write and maintain server-side logic, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs
- Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues in production environments
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong JavaScript skills, particularly in ServiceNow's server-side scripting environment
- Proven experience building ServiceNow integrations with REST APIs
- Working SQL knowledge, including joins and query optimization
- Experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation tools
