Job Summary
Designing and enhancing scalable capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will develop, configure, and support platform enhancements while translating business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow platform enhancements including applications, workflows, and integrations
- Implement ITOM capabilities and build workflow automation using various ServiceNow tools
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow application development, including scripting and automation
- Experience with ITSM and Service Catalog functionality
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required
