ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Supporting the NASA Transformational Shared Services contract, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications to automate and improve business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend and implement solutions to automate business processes using ServiceNow applications
- Develop workflows and scripts to enhance existing ServiceNow applications and create custom applications
- Collaborate with customers to design and deliver solutions that improve business functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related discipline
- 1-3 years of overall information technology experience
- 1+ years of experience developing ServiceNow workflows, including client-side and server-side scripting
- 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and SAM
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to complete a background investigation for a NASA Public Trust position
