Job Summary
Focusing on configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions, the remote ServiceNow Developer will manage order management, fulfillment, and customer-facing business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow solutions for order management and fulfillment processes
- Design workflows, automations, and platform capabilities to meet business requirements
- Support implementations and enhancements involving ServiceNow products related to order management
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration or development experience
- Strong experience with Flow Designer, workflows, and platform configuration
- Experience with ServiceNow Order Management (OM) or Sales and Order Management (SOM)
- Understanding of order orchestration and fulfillment processes
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications
