ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Supporting the NASA Transformational Shared Services contract, the full-time remote Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer will develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications to automate and improve business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend and implement solutions to automate business processes using ServiceNow applications and modules
- Design and develop complex custom ServiceNow applications from concept through implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, system integrations, and platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related discipline
- 4+ years of overall information technology experience
- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including workflows and scripting
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and HRSD
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to complete a background investigation for a NASA Public Trust position
