ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To enhance the ServiceNow platform and Service Management practice, the full-time Sr ServiceNow Developer will design, implement, and maintain solutions while collaborating with business units and process managers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy technical solutions and business rules within the ServiceNow platform
• Develop custom applications and integrations with other systems, utilizing REST APIs and ServiceNow DevOps capabilities
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and production deployments while providing administrative support and troubleshooting

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and IT Service Management process design
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification and a fundamental understanding of ServiceNow integration technologies
• Web portal development skills, including HTML, CSS, and Angular JS
• Experience implementing core process areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
• ITIL foundation certification and a high school diploma or GED
