Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to work remotely on a full-time basis, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform for the United States Patent and Trade Office (USPTO), including customizing applications and integrating third-party systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements
- Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, and business rules
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or 5 years equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and their alignment with ServiceNow ITSM
